We have partnered with a mid-market boutique located in Thames Valley in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Transaction Services Executive to operate within their Corporate Finance team.
As a Transaction Services Executive you will be responsible for preparation and delivery of FDD reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake allocated supporting CF / TS tasks within supervision
- Undertake business development activities
- Help in preparation of reports, IM’s and related external documents
Qualifications:
- ACA Qualified or equivalent
- Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
- Motivation to leverage ones existing skill-set into the CF space
- Strong academic background
